This simple old stone built Provencal village home retains its original character and features; including tiled floors, windows shutters, wooden beams and crackling log fire, whilst providing all the mod-cons needed for an enjoyable holiday. This includes washer and dryer, telephone access, CD player and radio, electricity and TV.

The house is situated in a quiet street within a few minutes walk of the village
centre and subject to availability, can be rented year round. The house has
three bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. It is supervised by a knowledgeable
British couple - Paul and Wendy Barstow who live in a nearby village. Paul's

Ground Floor: Stone arched lobby and spacious hallway. Two bedrooms; one twin and one double. Both rooms have showers and sinks en-suite. Separate w/c.

First Floor: Spacious and comfortable open plan sitting/dining room. Log fire and large dining room table. Small, fully fitted kitchen with
electric oven & hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Separate w/c. All bedrooms have ample closet space.
Second Floor: Utility area with washer and dryer. Beautiful sunny roof terrace with gas BBQ, chairs, table and day bed. Highly recommended is sleeping under the stars! Camping without the inconvenience! Bliss!
The usual let is for two weeks although single weeks are sometimes available. Weeks run Sunday to Sunday. Arrivals from 5pm and departures before 10am to allow for cleaning - payment is required in euros for this prior to departure. Details will be given on booking but this cost is minimal. 50% deposit secures reservation. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to start date. Cheques can be in Sterling or Euros. Charges include all utilities. The charge is £500 per week except for High Season months of June and September which
costs £550 per week and £600 per week during months of July and August. This is highly competitive for the village. |
